Parts Sales Advisor

SES Autoparts is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Advisor based within our Bristol branch.

As a Sales Advisor you will be developing a good customer relationship whilst applying effective sales techniques.

Our aim as a family owned business since 1991 is to be the best supplier and employer within our industry today. The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales and/or customer service.

Main duties include:

• Working within sales office by answering telephone queries.
• Serving on trade counter.
• Satisfy customer needs in respect of Car part orders, ensuring correct parts are supplied.
• E-learning of products through supplier portals.
• Ensuring deliveries to customers are met in timely manner.

What you need to succeed:

• Knowledge of car parts and MAM /Teccom are desirable.
• Customer focussed.
• Outgoing and energetic.
• IT Literate.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Work well under pressure.
