Service Update 8 April 2020
Dear Customer,
I am writing to you regarding the forthcoming Easter Holidays and updating you on our current service levels.
We will be closing our branches on Friday 10th April re-opening on Tuesday 14th April. Therefore we will be closed on Saturday 11th, we have decided to close on Saturdays until further notice. This is to give our staff the opportunity to have a break as they are extremely busy during the day working with limited staffing levels.
We will continue to provide a limited delivery and collection service to customers as long they continue to support the business, please bear with us regarding delivery times as we are stretched at present.
May I take this opportunity to thank you for bearing with us through this terrible crisis. Together we can make it through this and we want to ensure that SES is here to service your business in the future and that you our customer continues to trade. We wish you your family and staff good health and make the most of the Easter break.

Service update 31 March 2020
Dear Customer,
As the Coronavirus continues to spread, I felt it important to let you know the current situation at SES to enable to make plans with your own business.
In line with government guidelines to keep the country NHS workers, the Ambulance Service and Police in particular, moving at this difficult time we are currently offering a restricted delivery service to our customers. Collections can be arranged with local branches who have their own arrangements to keep their staff and yours 'safe' and socially distanced. Please ensure you call before collecting and know the arrangements.
Our head office remains open to support our staff and customers alike with limited staff, they are able to accept payment for accounts by bacs, cheque or card payments over the phone as we approach the month end.
We will continue to monitor the customer demand and adapt our staffing levels accordingly, possibly moving to a collection only service later in the week. We will of course keep you informed about any changes daily as they occur.
We are presently open during the week from 8am until 4pm to give the staff some respite at the end of the day.
May I take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and also our amazing team at SES who continue to serve you despite these difficult conditions.
We are in this together and intend to come through it and out the other side where we can hopefully once again build a new future together.
